GRACosway staff appointments – January 2023

GRACosway today announced the appointment of Sandy Kay-Oswald from its Adelaide office as Partner and Sydney-based Partner Kylie Ramsden to its Management Committee, among a number of 2023 promotions.

GRACosway CEO Kirsten Mulley said: “This is a significant round of promotions and reflects the firm’s strategic growth, commitment to talent development and our market-leading practitioners.”

Sandy joined GRACosway in 2018 after holding senior political and policy advisory positions in the Federal Government. He has gained a reputation for his in-depth knowledge of politics at both state and federal levels and his outstanding client work, particularly in the area of defence.

“Sandy is a fine observer of politics and public policy. He has a flair for building trusted client relationships and he is known for the thoughtful insights and sound judgement he provides to them. We look forward to Sandy’s ongoing contribution in this leadership role,” Kirsten said.

Kylie’s appointment to the firm’s Management Committee as the Managing Partner – Investor Relations, reflects her deep experience as an IR practitioner, the regard with which she is held in the firm and the ongoing growth of our investor relations practice.

“Kylie leads a highly capable team which is a core growth focus for GRACosway as listed companies navigate an increasingly complex investor landscape,” Kirsten said.

The firm welcomes Alyssa Patterson (Public Affairs), Grace McCarthy and Nick Howe (Corporate and Financial Communications) to the Associate Director ranks.  Their consistently high quality work, attention to detail and client-first approach has been instrumental in driving the growth of these practices. GRACosway also congratulates Deanne Curry, who becomes Senior Consultant, Investor Relations; and Kieran Lindsay, Molly Osborne and Lewis Whittaker, who have been promoted to Consultant positions.
