Based in GRACosway’s Sydney office, Deanne provides investor relations support to a variety of ASX listed clients, from micro-cap to large cap companies, operating in diverse industries.

Deanne delivers strategic counsel to clients and provides day-to-day investor relations support, which includes assisting to manage relationships with investors and broker analysts; liaising with CEOs, Boards and Company Secretaries; scheduling investor roadshows; providing support and assistance for investor days and AGMs; managing inbound investor enquiries; and liaising with media.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Deanne worked in professional services, project management, customer service, marketing, administrative, and accounting roles. She has worked across a range of industries, including infrastructure, manufacturing, computer software and commercial landscaping.

Deanne holds a Diploma of Investor Relations and a Certificate of Accounting.

Sophie Hull

Senior Consultant

Based in Sydney, Sophie provides strategic communications services and support to GRACosway’s government and corporate clients. She draws on over 20 years of experience to deliver expert counsel and advice across media relations, crisis communications, corporate affairs, and stakeholder engagement.

A highly experienced media strategist and political adviser, Sophie has held both in-house and consulting roles across newsrooms, industry and government.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Sophie worked on major infrastructure projects, including Western Sydney Airport and Westconnex, where she delivered strategic communications counsel, media management services and external affairs advice.

Previously, Sophie was a Director of Communications for a deputy leader of a state political party and worked directly with senior state government leaders through major crisis events, including bushfires, the COVID-19 pandemic, and flooding events, to communicate rapid policy changes and implement complex, multi-level communications plans.

The first two decades of her career were spent as a broadcast journalist with on-air roles at the BBC, Channel 7, and Sky Business.

Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) from Griffith University with majors in Broadcast Journalism and Film and Media.

Based in GRACosway’s Canberra office, Ash provides support in relation to Federal and ACT Government matters.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Ash worked in public affairs and consulting roles for a range of Federal Government departments and has experience across a range of policy areas including healthcare, social security and welfare, environment and superannuation.

Lewis Whittaker

Lewis provides research and policy support from GRACosway’s Canberra office on Federal and state Government matters across a range of industries and policy areas, including financial services, manufacturing and energy.

Lewis started his career working on election campaigns before being employed by two Western Australian State MPs. Prior to joining GRACosway, he worked in social research.

Lewis holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Relations from Curtin University.

Molly Osborne

Molly is based in GRACosway’s Sydney office and provides corporate and financial communications support to a diverse range of clients.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Molly was selected as a Graduate for the competitive Clemenger Group Graduate Consulting Program, where she gained experience in public affairs and corporate communications at GRACosway, public relations and media engagement at Porter Novelli, as well as market research at Hall & Partners. Molly has also worked in marketing at an information technology business, professional services firm and a global diversified media company.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Interactive and Visual Design) from Queensland University of Technology.

Angus is based in GRACosway’s Adelaide office and provides research and policy support to clients on Federal and South Australian Government matters across a diverse range of industries.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Angus worked in the South Australian Government where he was a Policy Officer at the Department for Primary Industries and Regions. Before that, he was a campaign analyst and consultant at an Adelaide-based government relations and corporate affairs advisory firm. Angus has also worked as a research and policy officer for a peak body in the agricultural industry and as an electorate officer in the South Australian Parliament.

Angus holds a Bachelor of Commerce (International Business), Bachelor of Media, and a Master of Global Food and Agribusiness from the University of Adelaide.

Declan is based in GRACosway’s Sydney office and provides research and policy support to clients on Federal and NSW Government matters across a diverse range of industries.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Declan worked in the NSW Parliament as an Electorate Officer, as well as in the Federal Government, where he was a Ministerial Staffer in the Office of the Minister for Communications, Urban Infrastructure, Cities and the Arts, and an Assistant Adviser in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.

Declan also completed an internship for a United States Congressman in Washington D.C.

Declan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and American Studies) from the University of Sydney and a Master of National Security Policy from the Australian National University.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Genevieve completed a graduate program in a Federal Government agency. She has also worked in communications and marketing roles in the science and tourism sectors.

Georgina Joyce

Georgina is based in GRACosway’s Sydney office where she provides corporate and financial communications support to a diverse range of clients and oversees GRACosway’s media monitoring service.

Georgina was previously a Media Analyst in the GRACosway media monitoring team where she built her knowledge and expertise in media relations and research. Her keen attention to detail and strong interest in, and knowledge of, the complex Australian media landscape are valuable assets for the firm and our clients.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Georgina worked at a major consulting firm in the Customer Experience and Strategy team, where she supported digital transformation projects for Federal Government clients. In this role, she developed her skills and experience in strategy development and delivery; conducting research and facilitating focus groups; developing the customer journey and process mapping; and stakeholder engagement, including workshop development and support.

Georgina holds a Bachelor of International Security Studies from Australian National University.

Grace Bresolin

Grace Bresolin

Grace is based in GRACosway’s Adelaide office and provides communications and digital marketing support to colleagues across the firm, including proposal and presentation development.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Grace worked in a digital marketing role for a large family-owned manufacturing and online retail business with customers across Australia and New Zealand, where she gained experience in social media management and developed communications materials for online publication.

Grace has also undertaken an internship with an independent environment protection regulator where she provided project support to strengthen the regulator’s marketing and communications strategy.

Grace holds a Bachelor of Communication and Media from the University of South Australia.

Phoebe Renehan

Based in GRACosway’s Melbourne office, Phoebe provides research and policy support on Federal and Victorian Government matters, as well as corporate and financial communications support to a diverse range of clients.

Before joining GRACosway, Phoebe was a Graduate in the Clemenger Group Graduate Consulting Program where she gained experience in public affairs and corporate communications at GRACosway, public relations and media engagement at Porter Novelli, and market research at Quantum Market Research.

Phoebe has also worked as part of the communications team at a leading global oncology research institute, cancer treatment and professional oncologist training centre, where she gained knowledge of Victoria’s health sector and assisted with the centre’s COVID-19 response.

Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Communication (Professional Communication) from RMIT.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Sophie worked in communications at a major social impact consultancy and in the not-for-profit sector. She is also an accomplished tutor with experience in teaching English as a Second Language.
