Alyssa is based in GRACosway’s Sydney office and provides research and policy support on Federal and NSW Government matters across a range of industries, including resources, health, digital technology, gaming and infrastructure.

Additionally, she is jointly responsible for overseeing operational compliance procedures and processes across the business and leads the firm’s national research team.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Alyssa worked in a public affairs role for an industry association where she gained experience in research and issues management.

Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Political, Economic and Social Science and a Masters in Law and International Development from the University of Sydney.

Based in GRACosway’s Melbourne office, Grace provides strategic communications counsel and support to ASX-listed companies and privately owned businesses with a focus on the financial services, energy, health, and technology sectors.

Grace is highly experienced in delivering communications strategy development and implementation support, corporate positioning, media relations, transaction communications support, and crisis and issues management.

She joined GRACosway from communications and public relations firm FleishmanHillard, where she managed corporate communications for large financial services, tourism and telecommunications clients. Prior to that, Grace worked at public relations agency Liquid Ideas, with clients spanning the lifestyle, hospitality, and FMCG sectors.

Grace holds a Bachelor of International and Global Studies (International Relations) from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Journalism from the University of Technology Sydney.

Nick Howe

Senior Consultant

Based in GRACosway’s Sydney office, Nick provides corporate and financial communications support for a variety of clients, particularly in the health, technology, finance, and government sectors.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Nick served in the office of the Shadow Minister for Communications, before joining the Clemenger Group in 2015 through the Clemenger Graduate Program. Joining fellow Clemenger Group public relations company Porter Novelli, he strengthened his skills in stakeholder engagement, issues management and insight-led media campaigns that drive public interest.

Through his career, Nick has supported clients to increase their positive media recognition and navigate a way through issues affecting their reputation. He has also assisted on a number of Federal Government initiatives supporting Australia’s priority growth sectors.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Science from The University of Sydney.

Based in GRACosway’s Sydney office, Deanne has extensive project management, investor relations support, customer service, administrative and accounting experience. She has worked across a range of industries including infrastructure, manufacturing, professional services, computer software and commercial landscaping.

Deanne is actively involved in providing investor relations support to GRACosway’s clients, including managing relationships with investors, brokers and analysts; liaising with CEO, Board and Co. Secretary; scheduling investor days and assisting at AGMs; distributing press announcements; and liaising with media.

Deanne holds a Diploma of Investor Relations and a Certificate of Accounting.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Genevieve completed a graduate program in a Federal Government agency. She has also worked in communications and marketing roles in the science and tourism sectors.

Genevieve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Music from The University of Queensland.

Hilary is based in GRACosway’s Adelaide office and provides research and policy support on Federal and South Australian Government matters across a range of industries.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Hilary completed a State Government Traineeship where she worked within the electorate office of a South Australian Member of Parliament. She has also worked in communications, fundraising and policy research for a major animal welfare charity.

Hilary holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Media from the University of Adelaide, as well as a Certificate III in both Government and Business from TAFE SA.

Lewis Whittaker

Lewis provides research and policy support from GRACosway’s Melbourne office on Federal and Victorian Government matters across a range of industries and policy areas, including financial services and manufacturing.

Lewis started his career working on election campaigns before being employed by two Western Australian State MPs. Prior to joining GRACosway, he was working in social research.

Lewis holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Relations from Curtin University and is currently studying a Master in Urban Planning and Design at Monash University.

Liz is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts, with a double major in Political Science (public policy and media management) and Linguistics (language acquisition and language psychology) at Monash University.

Madeleine previously worked as a Media Analyst at GRACosway, where she provided media monitoring and communications support to a diverse range of clients. She is also an accomplished languages tutor and is experienced in teaching both English and French.

Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Arts (English Literature, French and Francophone Studies) from the University of Sydney, a Diploma of French Studies from Université Jean Moulin Lyon III, and is currently studying Master of Publishing at the University of Sydney.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Molly was selected as a Graduate for the competitive Clemenger Group Graduate Consulting Program, where she gained experience in public affairs and corporate communications at GRACosway, public relations and media engagement at Porter Novelli, as well as market research at Hall & Partners. Molly has also worked in marketing at an information technology business, professional services firm and a global diversified media company.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Interactive and Visual Design) from Queensland University of Technology.

Sophie Allen

Sophie is based in GRACosway’s Melbourne office and works across the firm to provide research and policy support on Federal and Victorian Government matters, as well as corporate and financial communications support to a diverse range of clients.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Sophie worked in communications at a major social impact consultancy and in the not-for-profit sector. She is also an accomplished tutor with experience in teaching English as a Second Language.

Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economic Anthropology) (Hons) and a Diploma in Languages (Chinese) from the University of Melbourne.
