Tim has vast experience across all industries with a long-standing focus on resource clients and transaction work. Tim also has expertise in corporate public affairs, crafting external affairs strategy and implementation in both corporate centres and operating businesses. Tim also provides a wealth of knowledge in media, industrial relations, and stakeholder communications and networking.

Tim’s recent clients include advising on BHP’s $6.4 billion buyout of Oz Minerals, providing support on Alcoa’s $3.4 billion deal to take control of Alumina Limited and providing communications advise to large industry super funds, including Rest. Tim advised Woolworths SA on its buy-out of David Jones. Tim also advises Ansell, St Barbara, and other Australian listed companies.
