Graham Campbell

Director, Corporate & Financial Communications

Graham has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate and financial communications and plays an integral role in solving complex corporate communications challenges for GRACosway’s clients.

Graham uses his research, technical and issues evaluation skills to assist with the development of strategic communications and reputation management programs for a broad range of clients and transactions. He also leverages his program scheduling and logistical capabilities on large transaction projects.

Graham has been involved in a majority of the practice’s transactional assignments (M&A, IPOs, trade sales) and works on a variety of corporate assignments.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Eng. (Metallurgy) from the University of London.

Brent Crockford

Brent Crockford

Director, Public Affairs

Brent is primarily responsible for providing advice and analysis to GRACosway’s clients in relation to Victorian and Federal Government issues.

Brent’s previous policy and political involvement includes five years as an adviser to a Federal Coalition Shadow Minister in portfolios including Education, Treasury and Broadband and Communications. He has also worked in the office of a Victorian State Coalition Shadow Minister and Deputy Leader of the Opposition (Legislative Council).

Additionally, Brent has experience in advising political campaigns at both the state and federal level.

Brent is a graduate of the University of Melbourne, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in politics.

Rhianna Fursdon

Associate Director, Corporate & Financial Communications

Rhianna is based in GRACosway’s Melbourne office and leverages her strong financial and media communications skills to provide clients with crisis and issues management counsel, as well as assist with the development and execution of their corporate communications strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, Rhianna was Communications and Investor Relations Manager at McAleese Group, where she was responsible for establishing and maintaining the company’s IR strategy, developing supporting materials and coordinating events. She was previously also Communications and External Affairs Advisor, and then Senior Advisor – Government Affairs, at Asciano Limited.

Rhianna holds a Bachelor of Communications (Public Relations and Digital Media) from the University of Newcastle and a Diploma of Investor Relations. She is currently completing a Master of Finance and Banking.

Sean Johnson

Director, Public Affairs

Sean works with clients on NSW and Federal Government issues.

He has worked in various ministerial advisory roles to the Federal Coalition covering the Industry, Resources, Tourism and Treasury portfolios, and has also served as an adviser to the NSW Coalition.

Sean has broad policy experience across a diverse range of government and non-government sectors, including innovation, venture capital, industry policy, pharmaceuticals, financial services and e-health.

Sean has also previously worked as a public policy adviser in both Sydney and London for private corporations involved in public private partnerships (PPPs) and government service delivery.

Sean holds a Master in International Studies from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University.

Fleur Jouault

Director, Corporate & Financial Communications

Fleur leverages her extensive experience in investment banking to provide GRACosway’s clients with expert counsel in financial communications.

Fleur works with organisations undertaking capital market and M&A transactions to improve their investment market and communications strategies, and is actively involved in training senior executives in media and presentation skills.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Fleur worked in equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions at UBS, Merrill Lynch and Macquarie Bank. She was previously also a research analyst at UBS.

Fleur is a graduate of Sydney University and holds a combined Economics and Law degree, as well as a Diploma of Languages.

Melissa Patch

Associate Director - Corporate & Financial Communications

Melissa draws upon a decade of federal and state government experience to provide high-level strategic communications advice to GRACosway’s clients.

Melissa previously served as Chief of Staff and Principal Adviser to former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd. Prior to this, she worked within the Press Unit of Prime Minister Rudd’s office and as a senior media adviser to Federal Cabinet Ministers in the Trade and Agriculture portfolios within the Gillard Government. At the state level, Melissa was an adviser to a Queensland Treasurer and Police and Emergency Services Minister, before which time she held various Queensland Government departmental positions.

Melissa has advised on matters including the Royal Commission into the Home Insulation Program, live animal export trade, and the Queensland Government’s 2010/11 flood response. She has also served as Federal Press Gallery Liaison with the travelling media contingent during the 2013 Federal Election.

Melissa has dual Business and Creative Industries (Media and Communications) degrees from the Queensland University of Technology, and is currently completing postgraduate law studies at ANU.

Jinesh Patel


Jinesh is based in GRACosway’s Sydney office and works with clients on policy and strategic solutions in relation to NSW and Federal Government matters.

Jinesh previously held political, media and policy advisory roles in ministerial offices in the areas of hospitality, gaming, racing and transport in the NSW Coalition Government. He also worked across a number other policy areas, including tourism, and sports and recreation, in the NSW Coalition Opposition.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Jinesh worked as the Director of Executive Support in the office of the TAFE NSW Managing Director, where he led a team that managed the provision of advice and briefings to Government and other internal stakeholders. His role also included responsibility for media relations and internal communications in TAFE NSW’s central units.

Jinesh holds a Bachelor of International Communication from Macquarie University.

Anton Rajaratnam

Finance Director

Anton is based in GRACosway’s Sydney office and is responsible for oversight of the financial and administration functions of the firm on a national basis.

Leveraging his strong background in corporate accounting, Anton manages and prepares GRACosway’s financial accounts and reporting, oversees the finance team and systems, coordinates administrative functions, and works closely with the CEO and Partners on GRACosway’s financial strategy.

Anton is also responsible for development of the firm’s IT network and information management operations.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Anton held a number of finance management and accounting roles with organisations in both the professional and charitable services sectors. He has also previously worked as Finance Manager and IT Coordinator for a peak medical industry body.

Anton holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Victoria University.

Nick Xerakias

Director, Public Affairs

Nick’s broad-ranging political experience sees him provide GRACosway’s clients with strategy and policy advice primarily relating to Federal Government issues.

Nick previously served as a senior policy adviser to Prime Minister Tony Abbott during the transition to government period in 2013. Prior to this, he served as a senior adviser in the Opposition Leader’s office covering a range of portfolio areas, including Resources and Energy, Climate Change, Environment, Agriculture and Water.

Earlier in his career, Nick worked as an adviser in the Howard Government in the Employment, Family and Community Services, and Health portfolios, and has experience in both federal and state political campaign management.

Sharon Reid

Sharon Reid

Associate Director, Marketing and Research

Sharon leads GRACosway’s national research team and coordinates the firm’s corporate writing process, developing proposals, tenders and submissions, reports and presentations in line with client project deliverables.

Sharon is also responsible for managing the firm’s marketing activities, and overseeing operational compliance procedures and processes across the business.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Sharon worked in communications, research and project roles in the office of a South Australian Senator and in the higher education sector.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of International Relations from the University of South Australia.
