Zoe Darling

Research & Policy Analyst

Based in GRACosway’s Adelaide office, Zoe provides research and policy support to the firm’s clients on South Australian and federal matters across a range of industries, including infrastructure, planning, health and telecommunications.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Zoe was a media advisor to several South Australian Federal MPs, including in the office of the Assistant Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development. She has also worked as a research assistant at the University of South Australia.

Zoe holds a Bachelor of Journalism, Bachelor of International Relations and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) with a focus on International Studies from the University of South Australia.

Erin Germantis

Research & Policy Analyst

Erin is based in GRACosway’s Melbourne office and provides research and policy support on Victorian and Federal matters to clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, infrastructure and local government.

Prior to joining the firm, Erin worked in the legal industry where she gained class action experience in the financial sector.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts (English Literature) from the University of Melbourne, a Juris Doctor from RMIT University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law.

Jack

Jack Gordon

Consultant, Corporate & Financial Communications

Jack is based in GRACosway’s Sydney office and supports a number of the firm’s clients across a wide range of corporate and financial communications issues.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Jack worked at advertising and public relations agencies Clemenger BBDO and Porter Novelli, where he assisted with providing highly targeted and commercially nuanced communications strategies to clients with interests spanning various sectors. Jack has also previously worked as part of a communications team for a Federal Senator.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Media (Communications and Journalism) from the University of NSW, and a Master of Strategic Public Relations from the University of Sydney.

Duncan-McDonald 2

Duncan McDonald

Associate

Duncan is based in GRACosway’s Sydney office and provides comprehensive research, analysis and support for clients across a range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, mining and resources.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Duncan was Senior Political Adviser at the Embassy of Israel in Canberra where he was responsible for crafting the Embassy’s political engagement strategy and providing in-depth analysis of the Australian political system. He has also formerly worked for a Federal Senator and a member of the ACT Legislative Assembly.

Duncan holds a Bachelor of Arts/Commerce from the Australian National University, with majors in Finance, Marketing and Australian Politics.

Leigh Moran

Research & Policy Analyst

Leigh is based in GRACosway’s Canberra office and provides support to a range of clients across sectors including defence, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and transportation in relation to Federal and ACT Government matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Leigh held a number of roles within the Defence Intelligence Organisation for five years. He has also worked for think-tank The Australia Institute as well as the ACT Government in the offices of both a Minister and crossbench MLA.

Leigh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from Griffith University and a Diploma of Project Management.

Liam is based in GRACosway’s Sydney office and provides research and policy support on NSW and federal matters for clients across a range of industries, including resources and energy, local government, transport, property and planning.

Prior to joining the firm, Liam was a research assistant in the office of the Mayor of the City of Botany Bay. He has also worked for a NSW Transport Minister and as an electorate officer for a NSW State MP.

Liam holds a Bachelor of Arts (Ancient and Modern History) from Macquarie University.

Based in GRACosway’s Brisbane office, Kirk provides research and policy support on state and federal matters to clients across a range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, transport and infrastructure.

Prior to joining the firm, Kirk worked in the Justice portfolio for the UK Government where he assisted with delivering selection exercises for various judicial posts.  He also formerly worked as an adviser for a Queensland Treasurer and electorate officer for both a Queensland and Federal MP.

Kirk holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from the Queensland University of Technology.
