Stephanie is a senior policy and government adviser with experience working at the highest levels of state and federal government. Before joining GRACosway, she served as Senior Adviser to the Premier of Victoria, Jacinta Allan, where she provided strategic advice across a broad range of policy, legal and political issues, managed stakeholder relationships, and supported whole of government coordination on priority initiatives.

Before joining the Premier’s Office, Stephanie was an adviser to Tony Burke MP, Minister for Workplace Relations, during a period of significant national reform. In that role, she contributed to the development and passage of landmark legislation, including the Secure Jobs, Better Pay and Closing Loopholes packages.

Stephanie brings a strong understanding of government processes, legislative development and political engagement, with a proven track record of navigating complex policy issues and delivering outcomes in high-pressure environments.
