Sharon is a member of GRACosway’s management team and plays a national role focused on strengthening the firm’s operations, systems and business practices. She collaborates with colleagues on projects relating to people and culture, marketing and compliance.

Sharon also works on GRACosway’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda and provides support to the CEO and Managing Partners on key business improvement priorities.
