Shae is based in GRACosway’s Melbourne office and provides research and policy support to a broad range of clients, particularly on Victorian Government matters.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Shae worked as an Electorate Officer for a Victorian State Member of Parliament. He also has gained direct recent experience working on state election campaigns.

Shae holds a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Financial Management & Management from La Trobe University.
