Sarah Coghlan joins GRACosway
GRACosway’s strategic communications practice is expanding with the appointment of Sarah Coghlan in the role of Associate Director.
Based in Melbourne, Sarah is a seasoned communications professional bringing over 20 years of industry experience and expertise to GRACosway, drawn from across roles in media, corporate communications and financial communications.
A strategic and pragmatic thinker, Sarah’s deep understanding of the media landscape enables her to navigate and advise on sensitive and complex communications challenges, allowing her to provide tailored and effective solutions to GRACosway’s clients and colleagues.
Prior to working in corporate communications, Sarah built a career in the Australian media as a commercial television producer, working across leading networks including Seven, Nine, and 10. During this time, she was responsible for producing investigative reports for programs such as News, A Current Affair, and Sunday Night.
Having operated within the fast-paced and competitive television industry, Sarah is well-versed in crafting compelling narratives that capture attention and deliver messages effectively. Her media experience will be an invaluable addition to GRACosway’s media training offering.
Sarah has since worked for a number of years as a corporate and financial communications consultant and has managed an extensive client portfolio comprising some of Australia’s most prominent ASX-listed companies, private enterprises, institutions, and C-suite executives.

Sarah’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) from Deakin University.
