New Partners Announced

17 January 2022

GRACosway is proud to start 2022 with the appointment of two Partners from within its senior team. The firm warmly congratulates Nick Xerakias and Andrew Cox who have joined the partner group, effective immediately.

Nick first came to GRACosway Melbourne in 2013 after serving as a senior policy advisor to the then Prime Minister. He is known for his expertise in Federal policy and politics, ability to build trust with clients and his personal commitment to pro-bono work.

Andrew joined GRACosway in 2017, initially relocating from Perth to Canberra before returning home to Melbourne. A previous senior political party state director and senior Federal Government adviser, Andrew is known for his diligence, rigour, and deep commitment to his clients and the firm.

“Both Nick and Andrew are integral members of our team,” says new CEO, Kirsten Mulley. “They are highly effective operators who develop strong relationships with their clients, colleagues and networks.

“Nick and Andrew have been involved in some outstanding client work over the years, understand the professional services firm ethos we cultivate at GRACosway and participate in the life of the firm. I am delighted to share the news of their promotions and look forward to seeing them continue to prosper.”

This announcement follows the recent appointment of CEO Kirsten Mulley, who stepped into the role after 13 years at GRACosway following former CEO Les Timar’s move to become CEO of the Clemenger Group.
