Kirstin Payne is a Partner in GRACosway’s Public Affairs practice, providing multi-disciplinary advice across government relations, communications, media, and stakeholder engagement.
Kirstin works closely with clients to advance their public affairs priorities, helping them navigate complex policy and regulatory environments while building productive relationships between industry, government, and key stakeholders. Drawing on extensive corporate affairs experience, she delivers integrated strategic advice to a diverse range of clients, from ASX-listed companies to not-for-profit organisations, combining commercial insight with a practical, outcomes-focused approach.
As a senior leader within the firm, Kirstin advises clients across the infrastructure, property, resources, and manufacturing sectors. She has worked directly with organisations including Fletcher Building, McDonald’s Australia, Dexus, and Airbnb.
Kirstin is also an active contributor to the public affairs profession through her role on the Australian Professional Government Relations Association’s Queensland Committee.
