Kate is a senior communications and public affairs professional with two decades of experience across government, listed companies and consultancy.

Before joining GRACosway, she held senior roles in the NSW Planning portfolio, in both the Minister’s office and the Department.

In these roles, she led communications for major planning and public space reforms, managing high-profile stakeholder relationships and policy matters.

Kate also brings private sector experience from PwC in advocacy and communications as well the listed company Lendlease where she oversaw integrated communications across the company’s property portfolio.

Her broader career includes working in business advocacy and strategic consultancy, giving her a nuanced understanding of how government, industry and community interests intersect.
