Gemma supports GRACosway’s Public Affairs team with research and policy support on Federal and New South Wales Government issues, working across a range of industries and policy areas.

Before joining the firm, she worked in a fast-paced retail environment, providing tailored advice and practical solutions as a Retail Assistant.

She holds a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of New South Wales.
