Dominic provides research and policy support across federal and New South Wales government matters. At GRACosway, Dominic supports clients across the infrastructure, financial services, resources, and property and planning sectors, delivering stakeholder engagement, policy analysis, and strategic guidance. Dominic works with clients including Dexus, Metrics Credit Partners, and Mars Inc.

Prior to joining GRACosway, Dominic worked in EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice, where he supported major organisations to develop and implement ESG strategies.

Dominic also has experience in federal politics, having worked on a national election campaign and in parliamentary roles supporting policy research and media. He brings strong analytical capability and a deep understanding of the political and policy dynamics of NSW Labor. 

Dominic holds a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics (Honours) from the Australian National University and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Sydney.
