With specific expertise in M&A and IPO communications, he has acted on more than $13.5bn of deals in the past 12 months and recently advised on Australia’s largest public listing of 2026 in FDC Constructions & Fitout.

Brendan is an advisor to ASX-listed companies and senior leaders on financial communications and in navigating sensitive, high-profile issues and crisis situations, helping organisations protect reputation and maintain stakeholder confidence.

As a leader of the firm, he works across a range of client matters, advising listed companies, superannuation funds and private equity firms. Brendan’s clients include Aware Super, Pacific Equity Partners and TechnologyOne. Brendan has been an advisor at GRACosway for almost a decade and draws on more than 17 years of global communications experience, including roles with HSBC in the UK and Australia’s national rugby union team, the Wallabies.
