Ben leads GRACosway’s transactions communications practice. He is a trusted adviser to deal teams, management and Boards. Ben has particular expertise with high-profile and sensitive transactions in energy, technology, infrastructure, financial services, resources and real estate. His assignments include major international inbound M+A projects including the largest-ever take private of an ASX listed technology company, major acquisitions of assets in renewables, energy transmission and distribution, infrastructure and private equity carve-outs.

Ben’s recent work include M+A projects involving Macquarie Asset Management, Brookfield, Pacific Equity Partners, Allkem and Altium.

Ben also leads GRACosway’s media and presentation training sessions for senior executives and leadership teams in the corporate, investment banking, and professional services sectors.
