Associate – Communications and Marketing

GRACosway is looking for a talented and enthusiastic communications and marketing professional to support the business development and marketing activities of our busy national consulting firm.

About the role

This role will suit a communications and marketing all-rounder. We’re looking for someone who writes well, is creative, has a keen eye for detail and enjoys solving problems. A typical day in the role may involve:

  • Liaising with colleagues to design and develop new business materials, including proposals and presentations.
  • Delivering internal and external communications through platforms such as MailChimp and LinkedIn.
  • Editing and formatting written materials, including reports and publications.
  • Creating and reviewing website content and coordinating website updates.
  • Collecting and collating data to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Curating an internal library of marketing assets and resources.
  • Managing administrative tasks to support planning and reporting activities.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be highly organised and have a client-oriented approach. You will be eager to develop new skills and use your initiative to identify and solve problems. You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications and 1-2 years’ experience in marketing/communications or a related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent design and document presentation skills
  • Demonstrated digital and social media skills, with preference for Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, LinkedIn, WordPress and MailChimp
  • Sound time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
