Sharon Reid

Sharon is a member of GRACosway’s management team and plays a national role focused on strengthening the firm’s operations, systems, and business practices. She collaborates with colleagues on projects relating to people and culture, marketing, governance, and compliance, ensuring the firm continues to operate efficiently and effectively.

With extensive experience in business management and organisational development, Sharon contributes to firm-wide initiatives that enhance collaboration and drive continuous improvement. She also leads work on GRACosway’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda and provides strategic support to the CEO and Managing Partners on key business priorities.
